I generally see students on a one-to-one basis for pregnancy, back problems, shoulder problems or other less medical problems. I may recommend that you come to one of my Beginners' classes or I may choose to meet with you, one-to-one, for up to 6 sessions so that I can work out a programme for you to practice at home. We will practice during these sessions in case you have questions about the poses. At your request I will also teach Meditation/Mindfulness.

One-to-one sessions cost: first appointment is £35, thereafter £30 per hour including hand-outs.
