Other suppliers

The minimum equipment you will need at first is a mat. Eventually you will need 5 foam blocks and a belt. I recommend the following suppliers from whom you can obtain all your own props:

John Claxton
Tel/Fax.: 01263 768 789
Email: johnclaxton@chreode.co.uk

He runs his own yoga weekends, workshops and classes in Norfolk. I highly recommend his teaching especially if you are interested in the anatomy of the poses.
