Welcome to my website for Yoga and Meditation

On my web pages I hope you wil find all the information that you require. Click on the index on the left.

I teach in small groups of between 6 - 12 people so that you are guaranteed good attention and the opportunity to ask questions. My classes are on-going and you can join at any time. I teach on-going classes throughout the year and occasional Beginners' courses of 6-8 weeks. I also offer Half-Day workshops on a Saturday morning intermittently thrghout the year for any level of student.

I offer the chance for you to improve your overall sense of well-being and health by becoming more aware of your body and mind through posture work and breathing practices.
Try my classes first before committing : book three classes for £15, thereafter they are £7 each. Contact me first to find out which classes have a place available and so that I can match the class to your level. As my classes are small, they are popular and so bookings only in advance are necesssary.
